Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once dispatched, standard shipping normally takes 7‑20 business days to arrive. Delivery time is estimated and not fully guaranteed, delays may happen due to logistics, customs or unexpected events.

Shipping Fees

Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout according to destination and product weight.

Customs & Duties

For international shipments, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. Provide order number and relevant photos. We will assist with investigation, replacement or refund according to situation.
